The Singapore Food Festival (SFF) 2011 is an important culinary event that features many various cuisines from around the worls. The diversity of the Singapore culture shall also be presented in different aspects so pepper your senses with these magical spices and celebrate Singapore’s multi-cultural food heritage with one of the island’s hottest (and spiciest) events.
This year’s festival will spice things up by showcasing the magical flavours of Singapore’s heritage cuisines infused with spices. Tthe SFF Village will be Singapore’s BIGGEST food and beverage event with more than 60 food stalls! You can immerse in the scents of spices and the colourful heritage of Little India and participants in this event will be taken on a tour to experience mixing and grinding their own blend of spices, and learn about the ingredients and kitchenware used in Indian Cuisine.
