Buyan brings Russian winter festivities to Singapore
From 15 December 2011 to 15 January 2012, Buyan Russian Restaurant & Caviar Bar will be offering its guests authentic Russian dishes in celebration of Orthodox Christmas and New Year, which is the biggest festivity in the Russian calendar.
Should you opt for our Czar’s Feast, you will experience the charm of Russia’s ancient past, with sumptuous communal dinner served by Buyan’s staff wearing traditional costumes to further enhance your immersion in the bygone days.
Our Soviet Nostalgia menu is comprised of the dishes which originated in the USSR. This country may not longer be in existence, but its culinary legacy is still served in every Russian family on the New Year’s Eve.
